Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another with tracking information once it ships.

 

Shipping times

Most orders arrive within 3 to 8 business days after shipping. Some of our pieces ship directly from our trusted makers and partners, so items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

 

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is free on orders of $70 or more. Orders under $70 ship for a flat $8.

We currently ship within the United States.

 

Tracking your order

When your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

 

Delays, lost, or damaged packages

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays or high demand. If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within the expected time, please reach out through our Contact page and we'll help resolve it.

 

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer, but we'll do our best to help.
